We wanted to take Pfaff, a Pressure Drop All-Star and staff favourite, to the next level. We pushed the Huell Melon & Mandarina Bavaria hops right to the top of the medal table for dry fruit aromas. Belgian yeast finishes proceedings on a crisp note, with light floral esters.

The idea was keep things classic, with a continental twist. Imagine Pale Fire went on a European exchange and came back listening to Jacques Brel and wearing a vintage St Etienne jersey.

The label artwork is inspired by 1970s sports graphics. The Montreal Olympics here we come!
