About

Pressure Drop started in a garden shed in 2013 with a simple idea: make great beer and keep getting better at it. A decade later, we’re still independent, still a small team (just ten of us), brewing out of Tottenham, North London.

Quality is at the heart of everything we do.

We brew all sorts, from crisp lagers to big stouts, but we’ve built our reputation on hop-forward, juicy beers. Whatever the style, our approach is always the same: use the best ingredients we can get our hands on and do it properly. That means no rushing or shortcuts. We’re picky about our hops, obsessive about process, and always looking to get better with each brew. From brewing to packaging, everything happens under our roof here in Tottenham. We keep our batches small so the beer stays fresh—no mass production, no contract brewing, no cutting corners. Just fresh, independent beer from people who are proud to make it.

That same mindset shapes how we operate beyond the brew floor. Making great beer starts with taking care of the people who make it, which is why we moved to a four-day work week in 2022, giving our team a proper work-life balance without cutting pay. We're proud to be part of Tottenham’s independent scene, supporting local collaborations, charity projects, and serving up fresh beer for the people who support us.
