£4.50 per box or free if you spend over £60
How many cans does one box hold?
Please keep that in mind when placing your order, a 16 can order will be sent in 2 full size boxes which isn't great for the environment.
Is there a minimum order?
Yep, our minimum order is 8 cans, this helps us keep the shipping costs down. The 8 can be made up of different beers.
There is no minimum order for merch only orders as these will are sent Royal Mail First Class.
Which courier will deliver my order?
Our logistics partner (CSM) will automatically match your order to the most efficient shipping method for your address. Your delivery will be made by Parcelforce, DHL, UPS and for certain London postcodes CSM will deliver directly.
How long will delivery take?
We use a 24 hour service from dispatch. So from when your order leaves the brewery you should have your beer the next day.
OK, but when will my order leave the brewery?
What are the order cut off times?
We dispatch orders every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday mornings (excluding bank holidays). Get your order in by 8am to be part of that day's dispatch.
Orders that are placed after 8am will be sent on the next dispatch.
Why don't you send beer out on a Friday?
Good beer belongs in the fridge!
We don't want your orders sat around in hot postal warehouses over the weekend. If you miss the Thursday cut off we'll keep your beer chilly in our coldroom until the next collection (Monday morning).
Can I leave special delivery instructions?
At this time we can't add special instructions.
I'm not going to be home, can I request that my order is left in the shed?
Nope. We've got to check that the person receiving the order is of legal drinking age.
My tracking link doesn't work. Help!
If the link doesn't work, copy the tracking number and enter it at parcelsapp.com
The site will recognise which courier will be delivering and send you to the correct tracking page.
Please note if your order will be delivered by CSM (London postcodes) there wont be live tracking as it is a direct delivery, your tracking number will look something like this: CSM-001-24-1234567
Where is my beer?!
Please keep in mind the courier network is under a lot of strain at the moment, so some orders might be delayed. If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date check the tracking as a first step & this should give you the information you need.
