Ida 3.8% Raspberry, Basil & Elderflower Sour

Like her sisters - Edna, Orla & Pam - Ida starts life as a kettle sour base, brewed over two days. Once in the fermentation vessel, we add heaps & heaps (forgive the technical terminology) of summer raspberries, basil and locally foraged elderflower. The result is a tart yet easy drinking fruity zinger.

Artwork is by Lauren Humphrey who has brought all of the four sour sisters to life on each label.
