Domino Topple is one of our favourite IPAs and we're super excited to get it into cans! Domino is a juicy West Coast IPA brewed with Mosaic hops that lend their trademark tropical fruitiness. A fruit basket of flavours ranging from melon to tangerine. 

We have been in love with Mosaic hops ever since we got our hands on them in 2013. We use them in lots of our beers often alongside other hops, but for Domino Topple we wanted to keep it all about the Mosaic. Apart from a touch of Magnum for bittering, it is a Mosaic solo show, to showcase its dank, ripe strawberry juiciness
