Cast Iron Billy is a luxurious Imperial Brown Stout that harkens back to Victorian London’s brewing golden age. We’re extremely proud of our city’s rich brewing history and so for this beer we’ve drawn on an original Barclay Perkins recipe from 1832.
Velvety smooth with chocolate, caramel and dark berry flavours alongside delicate hints of vanilla- you’d be forgiven for thinking Cast Iron Billy sits well below its 10.5% ABV.
