The beers are back...

We're showing a bit more range in our beer list this week! Three beers, a classic pale, a New England IPA and a West Coast IPA. We hope these tasty guys will tick some boxes!

We have had some queries regarding the process of releasing beers to trade. The beers we release on Fridays are the beers we have available, in package in our warehouse today. With a small, rotating team of 4-6 at the brewery and warehouse, and admin (hi!), working remotely, we need to keep our processes as simple and clear as possible for everyone involved. Adding a new batch of beer mid-week, when orders are processed on Monday, is a logistical nightmare, the end result being errors in order processing and stress all round!

If you have a growler station and would like a list of kegs, we have some real treats in our cold room - the last kegs of Am I Being Basic? and The Gradients, and delicious dark beers - Fashion, Give Me the Message. Drop us a line for a full keg list!
Lunar Park
Simcoe & Amarillo NEIPA, 7.2%
24 x 440ml Cans: £64.80

All I need to say about this beer is...

Pale Fire
Pale Ale, 4.8%
24 x 440ml Cans: £44.40

We’ve come a long long way together.

If there is one beer that we think of when our minds drift to what Pressure Drop means, it is Pale Fire. Brewed every week since our earliest days, it is our shining, hazy gold, North Star of a beer.

Pale Fire is the definition of the Pressure Drop mantra - “We brew what we would like to drink”. Sessionable, with tropical aromas from the Mosaic and Amarillo hops, it is a juicy pale with a balanced bitter finish.

West Coast IPA, 6.5%
24 x 440ml Cans: £58.60

The IPA has been on a one hell of a journey during Pressure Drop’s lifetime. Having taken low-bitterness styles and fruity hops to their extremes, now the brewing world is looking back to West Coast IPAs in search of those malty profiles and dank aromas.

Since 2014, Bosko has kept the West Coast fire burning here at Pressure Drop. Tipping its baseball cap to the first American IPAs to make it to the UK, Bosko is the most classic style in the Pressure Drop West Coast family. The light sweetness in the crystal malt balances seamlessly with aromatic Mosaic & Amarillo hops. The combination results in an IPA that wears its inspirations on its sleeve and has its own special place on today’s varied and delicious IPA tapestry.
