Wheat IPA with Yuzu 6.5%

First brewed in collaboration with Tim Anderson, beer geek and Master-chef Winner 2012, this beer is a bit of a mouthful. We take a big Citra and Amarillo, dry hopped IPA as a base and ferment it out with a German wheat beer yeast before adding lashings of Japanese Yuzu. Its a kaleidoscope of flavours and it compliments a whole host of South East Asian dishes. The combination of the distinctly sharp yuzu, the punchy citrusy hops and soft wheat beer body is a real winner if you like your beers to bold and full of interesting flavours.

Grist: Maris Otter, Munich, Un-malted Wheat

Yeast: WLP300 Hefeweizen

Hops: Magnum, Amarillo, Citra

Additions:  Yuzu juice
