Crashing into summer like a zesty sunburst, comes Ida.

Like her sisters – Edna, Orla & Pam – Ida starts life as a kettle sour base, brewed over two days. Once in the fermentation vessel, we add heaps & heaps (forgive the technical terminology) of summer raspberries, basil and locally foraged elderflower. The result is a tart yet easy drinking fruity zinger.
